Having Moved into the new office since 2009, renovation works are completed in early 2014. The Mock-up Demonstration Room provides a fast mock-up of user requirements. Clients have real experience before the final decision.
Our in-house research and development team always keeps abreast of the latest technology to meet the new standards of seamless communication within the ever-changing collaboration needs. Over the years, we have been innovative in the live streaming of digital signage, connecting computer and AV equipment wirelessly, object-oriented approach in smart office programming and the integration of recording, streaming and video-on-demand.
SSL is celebrating its 20th plus anniversary. The theme for 2012 is ”WE LEAD OTHERS FOLLOW”. We had our partners and customers support our 25th Anniversary in 2014
SSL has attained a higher level of customer satisfaction, with respect to better customer support, maintenance service and all aspects of AV solutions. To achieve the target, UAT has continued to organize staff training on products and customer care.

SSL moved to a larger office in a different building, Office Suites Parklands Road. A prime location has allowed us to provide prompt services to premium customers. With over a decade’s experience, we provided glamorous boardroom design with a combination of the latest AV equipment, lighting and videoconferencing. SSL has been enthusiastic in supporting more charitable and sports events.
SSL marketed a full range of High Definition (HD) Polycom videoconferencing equipment. Meanwhile, UAT acquired admirable AV projects from Safaricom, KCB, Tullow Oil, KPMG,UNICEF,UN and much more. Our videoconferencing project expansion took a leap forward.
SSL introduced Polycom videoconferencing systems including SlimPro and MegaPro series that accounted for a magnificent acceptance by customers. In the same year, SSL launched Polycom videoconferencing PresencePro series to let our customers enjoy life-like videoconferencing experience.
SSL participated more in the communities by providing internship to Students and university students.
SSL kept on improving the service quality to handle complex service calls and AV projects. SSL completed several major videoconferencing and AV projects.
SSL standardized all our business applications. We use it to develop our in-house enterprise management system, Finance, Logistics and Profession (FLP).
The teams and working processes were re-defined and streamlined in order to provide quality services to our customers.
SSL introduced “TeleVu VC” videoconferencing equipment to Kenya. Those products attracted family users and small to medium companies.
The restructuring and merging of two companies formed Sight & Sound Limited (SSL). We aimed to explore more business applications, not just computer hardware and software. SSL tapped the videoconferencing Kenya market and started to focus on sourcing different brands on videoconferencing systems.
Mr. Rajesh Lakhani founded Sight & Sound Limited together with Mr. Bhupesh Lekhani in 1989.
Sight & Sound Limited was to develop service center for Consumer Electronics. In 1990, SSL laid the first milestone and picked up projects.
